I'm a writer and poet who believes when we write we're capable of incredible feats: healing, resting, creating and connecting.Writing has been a part of my life since childhood. Whether I'm journaling through a new country on a solo trip, writing a poem in a coffee shop, or typing an essay on redefining life and aging. Writing is more than what I do, it's a part of who I am.
